Good start :) I'm intrigued by the sparse lyrics and repetition for the chorus should work.

Make with what you want of this comment, but I have no idea what you are writing about. The closest I can come up with is a personification of the water cycle. If I am right, then the title might be better "You're Blessed By the Rain"....that is if the singer IS the water/rain...

I'm willing to hear any clarification you want to share.
