All that aside, it really doesn't matter, all lines don't have to have perfect or near perfect rhymes. Mr. EWorm, you had trouble with aged and vintage, but not with oak and bold? I did stretch the rhyming, but it works.

James, it did end up in a style similar to what you suggested, but slower. It's outside my usual style.

I changed only one word, an "and" to "or," and added an "it." So I'm not re-posting the words here.

Rhyming "aged" and "vintage" is a bit of a stretch but it I think you'll b able to make it sound alright.
