I'd love to hear more voices on this, especially on the chorus. The clue is in the lyrics: Yes, this should definitely be re-recorded. I just don't like to put a lot of effort into the first musical version in case there are changes to make from the feedback that might me starting from scratch.

I am hearing this played on a mbira. That's what I was trying to emulate with the guitar.

I like the elegance of its simplicity and can certainly imagine an African chorus harmonizing in the background there, well done :D

I thought I commented on this a week ago - I know the wife an I both listened to the recording , ( might be my old age catching up on me :) )
When I saw the it was about Nelson Mandela or a tribute to him .
I was expecting a tribal sort of thing an was surprised to read the lyrics an the MP 3 wow ..
Your recording blew the wife an I away - That is awesome man !!
