Then again, like you said it could be not listening to enough "live" music which is influencing what I think is "right".....but I did like the harmonies on this one as far as the notes.... I want to analyze them a bit more because it's a sound I'd like to explore more.<br><br>Thanks again for the feedback.]]></content:encoded>

                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[I thought so, but it's getting harder these days to hear these things for certain, which is probably more a statement about my aging ears than about digital technology! <br><br>I know it depends on the song and how you want to present it, but sometimes harmonies that are "organically off" (more in terms of timing and phrasing than in terms of pitch) can give a song more of a gospel feel. Don't know why (maybe the topic) but I could definitely hear this song done in that style. <br><br>You should do a gospel number at some point.
