2 other ideas are to .....

1 drop the word "no":
I woulda coulda shoulda‏ but I didn’t
I woulda coulda shoulda said I loved you so

or

2 Replace it with the word "oh"
I woulda coulda shoulda‏ but I didn’t oh

Quite a concise take on the assignment. Enjoyed this a lot and I especially like the music, which sounds great as is, but I can hear a lot of different ways to present this - ranging from country to jazz to punk. Very cool.

My only quibble is with the second line of the chorus:
I woulda coulda shoulda‏ but I didn’t, no Without the benefit of a lyric sheet, this line (in the recording) comes across as

I woulda coulda shoulda‏ but I didn’t know

It might be easier to put a good sized pause (a beat or so) and then tack the "no" to the start of the next line:
I woulda coulda shoulda said please don’t go
I woulda coulda shoulda‏ but I didn’t
No, I woulda coulda shoulda said I loved you so Adding the "no" at the start of the third line still helps provide the line-to-line rhyme feel of the chorus. Even though it's technically in the third line, in the listener's ear the "no" with still work off the "go" and "so" rhymes at the end of the first and third lines.
