Maybe you could work that in or find something else at one of those sites.<br><br>Seems to me I remember my parents using the word beboppin' when I was a teen and going to the school sock hop but I'm not sure and that was the 70's. I also seem to remember the word bop used some on the TV show Happy Days and in some songs...."Be-Bop-A-Lula", or as background vocals in Elvis' version of "Don't Be Cruel".<br><br>Anyway, your lyrics are really cookin'.   :D <br><br>Ernie]]></content:encoded>

                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[Hi guys<br><br>Thanks for all the comments.<br><br>I watched the Buddy Holly story on tv last night and I felt I knew the characters  - really strange, and really sad sensation...<br><br>A couple of things, I know there's a problem with using the word BeeBop which I was cool about because when I done some more research it was more jazzy than rock and roll - I did think of using a few metaphores but wasn't really comfortable with it. In the film when he was playing with his band at the ice rink, the guy on the phone also referred to it as beebop, but I suppose that might just have been his ignorance at the music...?<br><br>Dave, thanks for your input.  I see what you are saying but it still needs fine tuning. I'm not sure I like the first line where we say 'singing' and then 'playing' - I mean, I know he does both but it just sounds a bit odd.<br>I thought of 'timeless' but I think that's not strong enough and a bit general for my liking...<br><br>Not sure I'm going to be able to make an mp3 of this one either.
