If anybody has a good cure for writers block Let me know if i knew the answer to this i wouldn't have gone so many weeks without my own song post. :( :oops: i would probably write a book and make lots of money. :D but alas, i am at a loss with you. :cry: maybe i will be able to post something this week. keep your fingers crossed for me everyone.

I like this one. Did this stone come from the same place that inspired your "Beach Rose" ?
Anyways, 2 more verses, I think would round it out nicely. I'm not sure of how I'd approach the progression of thought. I'm not sure if you're thinking of 2 choruses, or a 2-part chorus, but were it me (which it never, ever is) , I think I'd repeat the first chorus, and use the second one for the ending., in a v c v c v c or v v c v c structure. Anyways, so far it's great. Quite often, I'll get enough to post something then plan on finishing it out later, and later never seems to come around. (It's always now, all the time.) But before I wax tangential, let me just say that I hope later visits you on this one. I'd love to see the finished version.

Well here it is mid week and and I see my time for songwriting fading as the week continues. I'll post this unfinished work and hope somebody is kind enough to comment and offer some direction.
