can someone tell me just how good this bass is? im starting playing bass and have enough cas for one seen as its 2nd hand off some guy i know,any advice on wether to buy this bass?
anyone had one ?

I've never tried one. Did you get to try the one the guy has?

i dont know what any basses are like to be honest,im a guitar player turning to bass to be in a band,ill just have to get used to the new bass, thanks for the reply :)

So you bought it then? Cool.
When I looked it up, the description said it was a copy of the MusicMan Stingray bass -- which is excellent, though I haven't tried any of those either. :) Just heard good things about them, especially for slap style playing.
Good luck in your new role as bassist. For me it's one of the most fun, most satisfying things to do. You might find you like it more than you thought!
