What is your suggestion for fingering on this measure? Should I play the A with my index then stretch for the B with the ring and hammer and pull with the pinky? Not easy but I can play it like that, sort of. Should I play the A with the index then move it to the B and hammer and pull with middle?|--5--7h8p7-0--------0h-2h-3--|

I would hammer with the pinky myself, it is good to work that pinky as much as you can.
In the past I absolutely could not hammer or pull with my pinky, forget it, but the more I ran into situations where there was no other choice it really didn't take all that long before that pinky could do anything any other finger could do.

I'd hammer with the pinky, then re-write the last bit on the second string so it read
5 h7 h8
and you can play the whole thing at the 5th position without once having to move your hand.

Thanks guys, much practice is going to be needed to play that cleanly. Thanks Allen, I give it a go like that.
