Trying to learn the summer breeze tab and i came across some chords i didnt know i then googled them but got useless info. Can anyone please tab out or direct me to a site that actually has these chords as ive already tryed chordfind.com etc: esus7, d7sus and b7. Please can someone help!

There is no single 'textbook' way to play each chord. There are many ways to arrange the individual notes of chords. All that matters is that each chord consists of its essential notes - however you want to arrange them.
Also, there are different voicings to choose from. Out of the ones posted, find the ones that fit and sound right together.
A chord is a bunch of notes together, for example every combination of C, E and G notes is a C-major chord. On the guitar there are a lot of different ways to play these three notes, and each different way is called a voicing.
Just to add to Arjen's post, here are 3 inversions of the C Major chord played on the top 3 strings going up the neck.
