I am working up this song, but when she changes keys at 2:38 I'm so lost, I've messed around a ton and can't seem to figure out what chords she's playing. Capo 3rd fret, D,A,Bm,G for the chorus, on "love" she starts the key change with E, but from there I'm not well learned enough to know additional chords or bar chords up there.......many thanks if you don't mind taking a look for me!!!

After the E chord, the next two are B (A barred at 2nd fret) and C#m (Bm shaped moved up two frets -- to 4th fret). Hope this helps.
