New to Jazz playing

Hi there!I'm starting to flirt with jazz. I like to make some jazz chord progressions and I find them quite cool. Now the next step should be to practice with real standard songs , so I'm planning to buy those fake books that many recommend. The problem is that I don't know many of those songs. The question is: could anyone here recommend me a basic discography in which I could find these songs and increase my knowledge in jazz?Cheers
