Can anyone help me translating these chords (not the song, just the chords) into something that is resonably readable.

The website already shows the chord fingerings. The notation is a bit unconventional....

"-" in a chord, like "F-6" usually means minor; A-6 and F-6 here both mean m6 chords. The F7+ shows notes F-E-A-C, so that's Fmaj7 (the + is intended to raise the 7th). A#7 should be written as Bb7 to keep it in the right key. "F#-7/5-" shows notes F#-E-A-C, which is 1-b3-b5-b7 in F#, or Fm7b5.

That help?

It's chords like that that put me off ever learning to play a bossa nova song... my fingers run a mile when they see all those new shapes to learn. Maybe one day...

...actually, I just tried playing that piece and it wasn't half as bad as I thought! Yay!
