I've memorized it (which was really easy) but now I've come to the conclusion that somthing don't sound right (which took me an hour :( )

you really shouldn't be playing with one finger, start slowly put replace the one finger spots with another one. It will help to work out and practice using all your fingers, which will help you in every aspect of guitar playing.

john287in,
What riff is that from? Is that supposed to be the Intro riff to Sweet child of mine. If so I don't think that's correct. The riff is played at the 12th, 14th and 15th frets and it would be pretty hard to play with just one finger.

It's a long way to the top if you want to rock n roll!

Index finger on the 12th fret, ring on the 14th and pinky on the 15th.(middle finger covers the 13th fret if needed)
Practice Fmajor and pentatonic scales from the 13th fret, that will get your fingers working as they should.
How do you guys play this ?
Do you guys barre at the 12th fret when you play this piece ?

Index finger on the 12th fret of D.
Pinky on the 15th fret of B
Ring finger on the 4th of G
Index goes to 12th of G
Ring finger goes to 15th fret of E
Middle finger goes to 14th fret of G, and then lay it down, so it covers 14th fret of E and G, play the E, and then play the G again.
Sounds kind of complicated, but I think this is the best way to play the riff.
I think the GnR version of this song is played tuned down half a step, so to play the intro without retuning I usually start on the 11th fret instead of 12th.
I barre the 11th fret of the D and G strings with my index and fret all the other notes with my middle and ring fingers. Also I like to play it on an acoustic with 13's for a real finger workout!
I can play the notes fine on the intro but it sounds nothing like what it should. I didn't know it was dropped a half step I will try playing on the 11th fret and seeing if that helps.
I hope that is what it is because I would really like to play the song and it kind of discourages me.

I pretty much keep my fingers in the same spot for this one. It's pretty simple once you get it down. Think carnival music. 8)
