I'm just about to start learning acoustic guitar, and am considering a Yamaha SLG-100S silent guitar as my first instrument. I have two small kids, and realistically the only chance I'll have to practice is when they're in bed. Being able to play acoustic almost silently seems like a great option, but does anyone have experience with this guitar, and would you recommend it for a beginner?
