need a little help...i saw this great lesson a while back involving the ii-V-I progression. it basically laid out in a list format different jazz chords to play the ii-V-I. the different combinations of the chords seemed to compliment each other melodically as well with the higher notes voice leading to the next chord. any ideas on how to recreate the lesson for myself and some of my students?
Not sure exactly what you saw... but Ted Greene's "Modern Chord Progressions" has extensive examples of ii-V-I voicings.

And is frankly the best book on chord voicings out there . . .
