question about english language

hi folksas some of you know english is not my naitive language. I have mainly written songs in norwegian lately, but now I have another english song I'm working on. My question concerns the verb "will" - I think it has to do with active and passive voiceOk - "Will I see you again?" has a passive meaning to me: "Is it going to happen that I ever get to see you one more time " - right?How about using "will" in an active voice - such as "Will you see me again" - meaning in the context "Do you want to see me again"? Would that sound constructed and strange - I think it does, but I'm not surehope this makes sense :roll:
