Thank you Primeta,you are be right about the strat ,I'm racking alot of hours this time of year with the nuke shutdowns but I try to drop in when I can.I'm not always as lucid as I'd like to be but there's times I try to be sensible.There's a bucket full of guitar forums on the web and this one is still numero uno in my top ten.Blackie has been wailed on and now I understand why E.C. seldom uses the whammy bar,I just went hard rock on it tonite(hendrix) and with the marshall amp cranked I had a ton of feedback and fun.Then I picked up the tele and I tried to pull off "Bakersfield" and it was "for my ears only".
There's nothing like a guitar for your sanity.

You are right Primeta,There isn't a thing wrong with it in my mind. I don't have a lot of spare time right now but last night for fun i was doing that silly Hendrix/Van Halen feedback noodling thing and had a ball.I'm sure there's better guitars out there but I'll never need them.I'm back on the road next week at darlington nuke so it's just going to sit in the house until i can take it and the marshall to the bruce nuke outage in four weeks.I have a cottage rented up there and the next nearest house is about a quarter mile away so it and the amp will be wailing every time I get off shift for at least an hour a day for 4 weeks.
Is it me or is the site a bit wonky lately? tried to post last night and it didn't take.
