Mainly looking how to strum it. I found tabs, but it still doesn't sound right.

I with you on this one! I THINK it's a cross between strumming and flatpicking? The tab looks easy....
doesn't sound right when you play it.

I use a simple fingerpicking pattern and it sounds good to me:
B IMR B IMR
Where B = thumb pluck on the bass note, alternate the bass note plucked next time
I= index on G string
M= middle on B string
R= ring on e string.
