I got it. for 220$ - I got a dobro + gigbag + glass slide (I will later move to metal or bronze one, but meanwhile it's ok as I'm using 013 right now. I will move later to 015 or 016) + 2 sets of strings + strap + 3 picks.

Got the guitar right out of the box.
opened it and changed strings and did something that seems like setup.
I remove the coverplate. turned a screw there until the spider edges touched the edges of the cone. then I placed everything back.
is it ok doing it like that ?

Ahh the sound' man the sound this guitar makes.... bells, piano, electric guitar, you name it. So glad I bought one of this kind.

8) Sound clips?

Maybe I should just buy a wood one and really drive my uncle crazy. He bought one years ago (since cracked and pitched), but never learned how to play it. :D

Congratulations! You'll love that thing!

Reread the directions I posted above for setting the tension on that screw in the center of the bridge. You'll probably like it best between 1/4-1 turn tight. (After the spider legs make contact with the cone.)

I already like it.

Ric thanks for the info, just what I needed to get started.

Now I should find some cool blues tabs and practice practice practice...
