Hey, I'm a lefty. As you all know, guitar shopping is hell for a lefty.
I am trying to choose between An Epiphone Sheraton and a Standard Tele.
My local guitar center has a tele, and I've played it. It sounds great, but I am not too fond of the look.
The guitar center does not have a sheraton, but I love the way it looks. And it has all positive reviews. It appears to have a very diverse range of musical styles to it.
I am into music such as the white stripes, R.E.M., Beck, Weezer, Robert Johnson
Which would be best for slide playing?
Which would give a nice full distortion? I'm not talking like death metal, i'm just talking a little tiny bit of tube overdrive.
I'm just looking for your opinion.
One chord is fine.
Two you're pushing it.
Three and you're into jazz.
