8-12 hours a week on average. Sometimes 5, sometimes 25, you guys know how that stuff goes. It's not planned practice of anything, just whatever I feel like learning/playing. Also, a few hours a week for research in different genres, topics, gear, and so on.

I try to get in 30-60 minutes per day, but its hard to do.....work...family....etc.
Its a great thing when you realize you still have the ability to surprise yourself.

My goal is atleast two hours a day......but has been less lately.
