Led Zep. also did a remake of a Robert Johnson song.
A LOT of people did remakes of Robert Johnson's songs that are still very popular to this day, and I didn't find out until a about six months ago that some very "BIG HITS" that I thought were the bands "originals songs" actually derived from Mr. Johnson.
Speaking of authentic blues, I saw B.B. King last night. Fantastic concert.
