There where a few 1964 Gibson SG's and SG Pro's that did have that pick guard. They made so many different style's or models of it, including the lawsuit copy's.

Thank you all so much for your help! So, I guess it is a '64 Gibson remake or knock-off, or just a Gibson with modifications. Well in any case it is good to know who (probably) made it. Thank you!
