Hi, my names Larry from England and this siter was recommended to me by a guy on AP!
I have a bit of musical experience, mainly keyboards, but I have a love of acoustic music and will be getting my first steel string acoustic for christmas!
I have played guitar before(classical) but it was a long time ago, so I'm going to have to learn all those chords all over again!
Sore fingers here I come!

Welcome to the board!
Will you be getting back into classical (but on a steel string), or..what sort of styles will you be investigating this time 'round? Standard tunings? Alternate/open tunings?
You might be getting into fingerstyle since that's where you came from in classical. Maybe flatpicking to, no?

Well, Im geting a Fender DG-5 for christmas, and am into blues at the moment, the old stuff, but I like all music so will play anything I can. But first i have to learn all over again!
