actually it does have a bridge p/u....I didn't see a jack-plug socket, it's atually in the strap-stud.....weird eh!!!!!

Looks like a cool guitar. But I like the devotion you've already given it: While the guitar is placed lovingly onto a pillow, the laptop is placed precariously on the edge of the arm. 8)

Something strange I've noticed with this guitar....all my others wear D'Addario 9's, I've tried 10's before and not felt comfortable with them... but this came with 10's - and a wired G string, I like a plain G....but it just feels so right!!!!!
Keep going back to the others, still feel good with 9's....but I just can't imagine 9's on the Yamaha!!!!
Was going to change strings today, so's they'd have time to bed in before tuesday night at the pub....but all I've got is a shedfull of 9's....I think I'll leave it till tomorrow and buy 10's...

Talking about priorities - the Mrs once said to me, "you love those guitars more than you love me (sniff)" as I was heading upstairs.....
I replied, "No, sweetheart, you're dead wrong there.... I love playing guitar while your watching those crappy soaps between 7 and 9 pm...."
"oh that's all right then....go and play your guitars..."
I went out, shut the door, waited 5 seconds, opened it again, poked my head round and said "the Tele's the only one I love more than you...."
Shut the door quickly and ducked, don't know what she threw at the door but I'm glad to this day I wasn't in the way.........
