Replacing machine heads

Hi guys,

I'm replacing some very broken and corroded machine heads on an old Yamaha guitar - someone had done a real hatchet job on the back of the headstock where they screwed in and theres myriad screw holes all over - worse still the nearest machine heads I could get don't line up with any of the existing screw holes so I have to try and fill them - my question is - what should I use to fill them - they are only very small holes.

I also have to put the top bridge on - what would be the best glue to use for that?
