I followed the instructions from Ken for intonation and all strings are in perfect tune normally, but are still out (sharp by varying degrees) at the 12th fret. I lengthened the string (backed the screw out at the bridge) and it did affect the open tuning, which I corrected, but it made very little difference at the 12th fret.
Any ideas?
