Replaced nut, four frets 1,2,34 changed, saddle, strings still have vibration from low e a d from saddle almost sounds like a crack but found none. Any suggestions?

Hard to know without a bit more information.
Is it an acoustic or electric guitar? steel or nylon strings? If its an electric, is it a trem or fixed bridge?
could you post a pic of the bridge?
