Chris said he wanted to hear my Xaviere Tele through my Peavey Windsor. I had to do a video cause my recording gear is with the computer in the office and the Peavey Windsor is in The Man Cave, weights 55 lbs just for the head and I didn't feel like carrying it to make a sample recording. :lol:
So here it is. What do you think? Not as hot as a Les Paul but the pickups are Dream 180's and they are not supposed to be. I like it. Plenty of mistakes too. :x :oops: Hope it's OK I started a new thread but I didn't want the link to be lost in the middle of the other thread.

Thanks Chris! I figured if you wanted to hear it ....... A long time ago I was so hung up on having to have a "good" guitar like a Gibson or Fender. I have those but I can make a cheap guitar sound just about as good and they bring me great joy. I play them, not the name on the head stock. Thumbs up to GF. If money were no object would I have nothing but Fenders and Gibsons? You bet your ...... But that aint the case so.....

I see your valve king in the background of the video, how are you getting in with it?

Doing fine with it Al! It is a good amp. I'm kinda partial to the Windsor but I think that is more the sound of the 4 x 12 cab. They have a tight low end I think because of the closed back. The Valveking has more gain and 2 chanels. The thought of a Valveking head has crossed my mind. :roll:
