This is what happens when you mix your tracks and there are Phase problems. When you do your mix, occasionally listen in mono. This will make all those phase problems apparent. You will notice a drop in over all volume and or phasing like the effect pedal. There's no magic way to fix this other than start from scratch. You might be able to fix some of this by reversing the polarity of some tracks. In the end, if you have quite a few tracks to deal with, You might find it easier just to start over. They say it takes 20 years to become an engineer unless you are particularly talented.

Ping pong delay is regulated by the time of the delay. You would have to adjust the panner for every change you make in the time of the delay.
