I'm writing a song that is going to basically be a Halloween song, but I need help creating the distortion effect. I have a digitech RP300A---can anyone offer any tips for creating that scary/dark/brooding sort of sound?? Email me please at [email protected]

Tune down 1 and a half steps or more, like too many bands of the day do?
E doesn't = MC2, E = Fb
