Tune-o-matic or Floyd Rose bridge? Which of the two types of bridges can be lowered the best for low action playing?

Either one can be set lower to whatever action you like. The Floyd rose's I use are set so I just touch play. meaning I don't need to press hard.

I just want to make sure that both can be lowered equally. I used to have an Ibanez with the bridge set low. I always liked to play easy. Insteada scrambling for those strings like on fenders!

Yes, You can either do it or take it to a shop and explain how you would like it set.
