hiss from my mixer

hi...i have bought a Behringer Eurorack UB1204FX-PRO mikser..it is nice for homestudio..i also have " Audiotrak MAYA44 MKII LADIES" soundcard...when i only use my soundcard's mic preamp for recording acoustic guitar there is no background hiss..the medium is really silent..but when i plug my mikser to the card(i plug the mikser's main outputs to the card's input channel) and begin recording there is so much background hiss coming from the mikser..although i just turn on the mikser and mute everychannel on it, the hiss still exists..so is there anything that i can do,or is it common with all the miksers in this price range? ..i need help,cause i m really dissapointed.. thanksPS: i checked the connection cable between the mikser and the card..it s workin well
