Who, dude, don't use capitals. Looks like your shouting.

Ibanez are good for pedals. Their stuffs always good quality and well made.

First pedals? that would be a distortion and a chorus I would say.

Hope that helps.

I don't know what it is with choruses, flangers, and the like.  In my opinion there are 3 essential effects.  Wah, distortion if it's not on the amp, and maybe reverb if you playing space doesn't provide that.  People's priorities are all mixed.

Think about the sound you're trying to achieve before you buy a pedal.  Do you want distortion?  If so, that would be an appropriate buy.  Are you going to make good use of the effect?  Think about the kind of sound you want, and what effects could make that happen.

I agree with Paul on this one. Also since you are a beginner, I would recommend buying a cheap guitar effects floorboard. You get a ton of pedals all in one. It is great for those who are just beginning and need to get more experience before they go off and spend a million dollars on pedals.

You can get a pedal that powers all of them. Boss make one but I don't know what its called.

You need to get some of those little short leads to connect them all up.

You can get some pretty good multi effects for around the £80. Not amazing, but great for a beginner

You connect them together with shorter version of a regular guitar cable.  I don't recommend using right angle cables, they can be awkward with many pedal arrangements (spatially, in relation to each other).
