hello, i own a fender frontman 25R. i recently blew the speaker out. can i replace it with a Jensen MOD 10/35 8 ohm? thanks sooo much

If it's the same size, though the holes may not line up, and same ohm's then sure!
E doesn't = MC2, E = Fb
