EH? WHAT WAS THAT?.... SPEAK UP WILL YER YOUNG FELLER.....
BTW, Chris, did you know you share your birthday with Neil Young (b. 1945) and Booker T Jones (of MG's fame, b. 1944) amongst others? You can actually look up a date on wikipedia - in this case, as "November 12th" - and it'll give you a list of historic events, births, deaths etc.....
So it doesn't matter how old you are - you'll always be (a year) younger than Young!
:D :D :D

Thanks Vic, I didn't know that.
Booker T and the MGs were among the very first records I ever bought (Green Onions album on the old vinyl LP) , so that's neat to hear about sharing the birthday.
One slightly weird thing about the birthday this year has been noticing how many on-line greetings you get now. Apart from the in-person posts here I got two completely automated wishes - one from a car forum, and one from an RC helicopter forum I joined briefly. Plus some personal messages from forums like the piano one I use. All nice to get of course, but the slightly worrying aspect was that the total number was probably as much if not more than the face to face real world wishes. :o I'm not a party thrower so we just had a few friends round for dinner a few days before, but apart from a few close friends and family I usually let the birthdays slip by with no fuss these days. Maybe I need to get out more... I wonder where I left the car keys..... Is the clutch the one on the left, or is that the brake ?....
On the other hand, Vicki loves to do the business, and we have what I call the "Festival of Vicki" that lasts at least a week every June. So I guess it balances out.

Happy Birthday! Wow, all the November B-Days!
