RParker, the fact that you are modifying a Taylor guitar terrifies me. I would take mine to a Taylor shop for sure....if I had one.
It's only an entry level Taylor. A 214. Besides, the saddle just sets in there. No glue or anything. If I messed it up, I'd be out $5.00.

Nic job Joe, I just changed out the pickup in my Strat a week ago. I put in a Seymour Duncan Hotrail in the bridge. I'm still trying to tweak my sound but it's getting better.
Finally, almost, possibly got the wife's Jackson in tune. I don't know what it is about this guitar but I have a real hard time getting it to tune up properly. It's got a Floyd Rose but so does my Jackson but I don't have anywhere near the trouble tuning mine.
I figured since we added a few Ozzy tunes to the mix, Mr. Crowley and Crazy Train that I should should use a different guitar. Something a little heavier.

It's a long way to the top if you want to rock n roll!

Ah, I see, that makes more sense....even an entry level taylor would scare me LOL, that or a Takamine (other than the G series) are two guitars that I would LOVE to have.
Thanks CNev, I'm hoping that I won't be as nervous next time I do something like this.
In Space, no one can hear me sing!
