Thanks, guys.
The emotions are welling up inside.

Lovely news, Bish. He's done the hard work, and he's - hopefully - through the worst now. Things can only get better all round!
BTW, James celebrated his first birthday recently....as I mentioned, he's just like any other one-year-old, except a bit smaller - he's healthy, eats well - his mum has to monitor his food intake fairly carefully - sleeps well and is scampering around everywhere. Won't be long before Landon's doing the same!!!
:D :D :D

Excellent news all around - great to hear so! I'll be thinking of him.

we should do something special on the forum on march 3rd! (if he goes home)
*crossing everything that its physically possible to cross*
:)
Thank you guys for the latest well wishes.
Monday March 3rd came and went without too much new news on Landon. He is up to 8lbs. 9 oz. and is down to the lowest dosage of oxygen before being on room air. He is eating 63cc of food at each feeding and doing better with breast or bottle than last reported.
His last eye exam was good so instead of two weeks he will now have it done after 3 weeks. We have been prepping the house. Buying strollers/crib and other baby essentials but with a twist. They are designed for the oxygen tank to be toted as well as other needed gadgets for transporting him about. Yesterday the new car seat showed up.
All in preparation for the big day. Landon is scheduled to come home this Saturday. Fingers crossed...
Here's his latest picture...
and in contrast, here is his first picture with the paper towel taken way back in November on week 1.
Sorry about the quality of this picture. It's smaller all by itself let alone the subject matter. I hope you can gage the difference in size based on the paper towel.

#4491....
awww, wow, that's gonna be an awesome photo collection. I bet he'll look at himself 20 years from now, and even he'll be amazed at how fast he's grown. :D
Great to see the little feller doing so well, he's filling out nicely - but what's with the Sid Vicious punk-style hairdo? Only joking Bish, I'm thrilled for you mate!
Fingers crossed for Saturday - hope al goes well, and don't forget the regular updates!

Awesome. Keeps looking up. Good to hear. How much longer on oxygen?
