Not bad TR...for a man cave, that is.
So where does Mrs TR park her car now?
How did SHE get in here?!

It's the rock that gives the stream its music . . . and the stream that gives the rock its roll.

Lookin GREAT, TR! Makes me feel like jumping on the next plane across the big puddle, guitar in hand. **Memo to self...see the size of that bayonet? Remember Ricochet's weapon? LEAVE THE RED COAT AT HOME!!!!!!**
This is Man Cave.
A male dominated, gender specific, female restricted, testosterone requiring, den of depravity and bad taste . . .
a very rare and endangered habitat.

So what'd happen if, say, Urban Cowgirl or Pearlthekat or Scrybe sort of wandered into the neighbourhood, Telecaster in hand? (Just shows what good taste the ladies here have - I believe all three of them own a Telecaster...)

Would they be told, firmly but politely, that it's strictly a male preserve? Or don't they count as females if they own and play guitars? We need to know the rules!!!

:D :D :D

My wife loves it. She will listen to the radio, sit in front of the fake fire and have a beer with us. She does tend to dissapear when the guitars come out though. It is a "Man Cave" but women are allowed, just the decor and theme of the room are masculine as well as the activities there in. As for the car, never put it in there anyways. It was just a place to keep junk and speaking of yes my wife does like the lack of guitar clutter in the house. (Gun, knife and leg lamp clutter as well) Any female members of this forum would be warmly welcomed to jam in the cave equally as any of the guys would be. If any of you are ever in the middle of nowhere, feel free to stop in. :D

I still have some work to do but I'm at that stage where I will just do little things at a time while enjoying the room. Oddly enough, I think it is due to the shed roof, but with all that sheet rock and no carpet on the floor there is a nice natural room reverb yet no feedback issues. It's a 20 X 20 room and I can crank the PA. :? Now to save for a pool table.

Good to know. I just happen to be from Middle of Nowhere, New York so I doubt the man cave would be too hard to find. :)

All my life I wanted to be somebody. Now I see I should have been more specific.

Its 300 miles to upstate NY, we've got a full tank of gas, a half a pack of cigarettes, its dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
Let's go.

I did High School and College in Upstate NY. Richfield springs and Cobleskill.

Wow, when I last posted on this I was saving for the pool table. I've had that since Thanksgiving. I just wanted to show off that I just filled the last empty space on the wall.

Sad to say though, Direct TV can't hook up the HD til St. Patricks day. :( Til then it's just DVD's ...... but at least I'll have the HD in time for baseball season. :D I could slave it off the other reciever til then but hate to waste the money on the 100' roll of coax cable. :? Besides, it wouldn't be HD. :x
