Oops, they did it again! They lost the wrong person's baggage.
As a followup to someone's previous post here, this is the latest wrinkle in the story.
David Carroll and his band Sons Of Maxwell are in the news again, and sure to capitalize on the publicity.
Plus, it is a laugh and a half, or two laughs in a row, dontcha think?

I'll bet United wishes he would never fly with them again! Every time he does, it's a customer service nightmare for them! :lol:

As long as they didn't lose anything irreplaceable, this is another win for Carroll.
