Some snapshots and descriptions first, for perspective.Start off with 12- 1/3rd pound patties. 85% lean prefered. roll them out to be thinner than normal.Place some shredded cheese in the middle.Some of this bacon might as well go in there.Top with another patty and season.To the grill we go....What goes on the inside should oughta be replicated up top. At least in this case.And just in case you didn't think it'd look good. So, my music related question is this. Would you go to a minor chord when you've got one bite to go, or when it's all finished? :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
