Ah, Shiner Bock - I remember it well from my holiday in Texas last year....strange that the little Mexican bar across the road from the Hotel ran out of it at the end of our first week....then they ran out of Dos Equis the week after.....

I guess I'll go with Guinness!!
Aside from the old stand-by, I must admit that I enjoy trying anything local - whether it be in the USA or abroad. I'll take a Guinness any time, but I like trying local fare whenever possible. Usually the darker the better.
Oh... and of course cold. Can't stand that warm stuff!!!
BTW - I drink my coffee black, so that might explain the beer choices...
