I just love living in Florida in the winter time. the speck are biting and the greens are sweet. My girlfriend and I are taking our leopard curr 'Patsy' on a campin/fishing trip this weekend, if all goes well will have a mess of crappie to fry, a bunch of mustards to boil and plenty of hank songs to pick and singalong too, i can't wait!

Thinkin' bout the times we had
Some were good and some were bad
guitar fightin' the tv
i was thinkin bout you and me

Oh man, I hear ya! Here in Mobile, AL were up in the mid 70s today. Tonight it's supposed to bottom out around 50, if I recall. Absolutely gorgeous weather.

We're taking the kids camping at the end of the month, for my sons birthday. We're staying in a cabin, just in case we get a cold front, but most likely we could easily setup the tents.

I spent a week in Chicago back in January of 2001. That week of hell cured any thoughts I had of wanting to move north. I'll deal with 95 degrees with 90% humidity in the summers to have days like today in the winter, thank you very much!

Yeah, I was outside for about two and a half hours today and actually got a tiny little sunburn. It's January and it's shorts and t-shirt weather. Beautiful.

We're polar opposites there. I'll take snow and 10 below any day rather than that.

I wanted to learn to play guitar really badly and I think that I have succeeded.

Here in Sydney Australia last Sunday 2nd Jan was our hottest day on record 45 deg celsius or 113 deg farenheit.

Give me a Sydney winter anyday....
