"A cheerful heart is good medicine."
That bird can sing
"It's all about stickin it to the man!"
It's a long way to the top if you want to rock n roll!
No doubt, this chick can sing the blues!
"A cheerful heart is good medicine."
Now if we could only get a harmonica in it's beak
"It's all about stickin it to the man!"
It's a long way to the top if you want to rock n roll!
Nice piano playing by the kid. I sure need to give some attention to my keyboard...
Very very cool video. Just goes to show how animalia has feelings and enjoys music. Perhaps that's why Tansen in the court of Akbar could mesmerise all the wild creatures by his ragas.
Music is soul of everyone's life. :)
Parrots are amazing creatures, one of the few actually that can comprehend human language to some degree. Cool vid.

Best pet I ever had was a budgie (another in the parrot family) named Gustav. He was really my girlfriend's bird and she'd taught him to say his name, 'I love you' and sing the Charge! theme they play on the organ at hockey games. What a guy! I smile everytime I think of him... :)

I want that Bird!
Very cool video
nice cockateal. I had one, but it only made scratchy noises.
this bird has better phrasing than most singers I know.
awesome. Biily Holiday reincarnate?
Hmm let's see..we're all in awe of a 10 oz. bird singing, what does that say about us as humans? Do we have any clinical phsycologists in the house?
Is it bird envy? Does that bird have a Johnson?

I had a budgie, too. Really two. Very, very funny pets. The first one eated spaghetti and the second one made all kind of gymnastic exercises and liked when you touched his head. All the family were crying when they passed away.

My kid's little blue budgie is called Wild Thing. As Gustav, he also says "I love you!" or even "I love you, TOO!" especially if one walks by his cage and doesn't at least make eye contact. Some other phrase: "Cool cat!" "You're so cute." "Hey birdie!" plus assorted house and well ... let's say "organic" sounds. He also likes banjo better than guitar, and thinks my thumb is a girl bird (yeck!).
-=tension & release=-
I wonder if it improvises or if it just learns a song parrot-fashion?
:D :D :D

"Sometimes the beauty of music can help us all find strength to deal with all the curves life can throw us." (D. Hodge.)
See the Beatles were right...
"and your bird can sing"!

I know a little bit about a lot of things, but not a lot about anything...
Looking for people to jam with in Sydney Oz.......
See the Beatles were right...
"and your bird can sing"!

Now that is the song to describe this whole thing. 8)
