and it was AMAZING. I saw the Who 2 years ago, and I never thought a concert could be better than that, this one blew it away. Clapton, Derek Trucks and Doyle Bramhall...whatever, were on guitars, man, so much improv it was incredible. Best concert I've ever seen. I was a little worried when I saw that Steve Gadd and Nathan East weren't there, but Clapton definitly made the right decision changing that line up. It was a PERFECT concert.
Only complaint were the morons talking behind me for the whole show, like it was a coffee shop.
Robert Cray opened/played with him for a few songs, he was incredible too.
Derek Trucks is an amazing musician. Everyone in the band is actually, great band great concert.
