So, are you saying that you are running a cable from your SG into a Chorus Pedal and then into the pc's soundcard?
I've used a fuzzface as just a preamp for my old black guitar.... running that into my JVC tape deck as an amp.
What I'm wondering is.... is it safe for the pc to do what I'm thinking that you did?
Or do I have it wrong?
That might be a better option for me considering that all I have is a horrid mic and even worse amplification....
not to mention the neighbors :evil:

That's what I'm saying and it seems to work for me.
Don't take my word that it's safe though I'm an Idiot when it comes to Tech stuff.
I've done it a few times with no problems going through the line in jack.
Anyways back to the comments

I never thought of Neil for this but now the you mention it :idea:
I think I would have to increase to solo to about 7 or 8 minutes
to really get the right feel to it. :lol:
