I searched, but didn't find a reference to this. My Takamine 2-piece saddle (1-2, 3-6) :? doesn't seem to be transferring strings 3,4, and 6 vibration to the 6-pole piezo (factory) pickup. If I press on the saddle, they get loud, but quiet again as soon as I release the finger pressure. I've replaced the saddles, and even sanded them, but can't get even string volume across the bridge. Any ideas where to go from here?

it sounds to me that one side (of the pickup) is coming off the bridge/saddle (depending on how your pickup is installed)
usually done with double sided tape.
it should be a fairly inexpensive repair.
