I should be getting my new amp in tomorrow and was wondering if there is anything I should check before i plug it in? Its a Jcm900 combo, should I check anything particular? I don't want to plug it in and the first thing that comes out is smoke.

Thanks a lot for answering me Rocker, can't wait til' tomorrow. Just hope that UPS didn't screw it up by throwing it around. It should be here around 5pm or so.

i have had amps ups'ed to me before, you should'nt have any problems,
there packed up pretty good congrats 8)

Before turning it on, make sure the speaker plug and jack are making good contact by pulling and pushing the plug out a couple of times. If you have contact cleaner, put a bit of that on the plug as well.
