Ive allmost got my DIY cab complete! a mutilated peavey studio pro-turned cab. Ive got a stereo speaker wire running from the speaker but am lost on how to run it from speaker wire to a normal cord that i can plug into my Ad30's line out. One of the main ideas of this project was to not spend a dime so if theres any way to splice it into a wire or something that wont cost anything i could use the advice! if not im willing to spend a little cash but not too much.
Thanks!

Go to Radio Shack and get a male 1/4" plug and solder your positive wire to the terminal for the tip, and the negative wire to the terminal for the shaft of the plug. Shouldn't be more than a couple of dollars, you might even find one with a solderless connection.
Good luck.
Life's journey can be hard at times, but you have to realize that you are the only one with the power make it a worthwhile experience.

3 questions:
1. What exactly do you mean by "stereo speaker wire"?
2. What impedance are the speakers (Ohms)
3. How are the speakers connected?
I started with nothing - and I've still got most of it left.
Did you know that the word "gullible" is not in any dictionary?

Maybe it has to be plugged into an external speaker out instead of the line-out?
